Dr. Swinney and Dr. Freeman are the most caring and knowledgeable Denist around!! They treat you like you are their own family!! Their staff is awesome too! I chipped a front tooth in the afternoon of December 23rd. I called just about every emergency dentist listed in Tyler, with the same response... they were booked for the rest of the day and out of the office on the 24th. A friend suggested I call Swinney Dental. I was beyond surprised when Dr. Trey Swinney returned my call that evening and asked if I could come in the
next morning. He made a special trip into the office to take care of me on Christmas Eve. He did a fabulous job and truly saved our family Christmas photos... what a blessing! Thank you Dr. Trey and Swinney Dental for going above and beyond!

Very professional and fast in getting me an appointment. I E-mail on Sunday and was seen on Monday at Noon. Couldn’t have ask for better customer service. Best dentist in Tyler.

I had an emergency(chipped tooth) the previous evening. The staff worked me in the next day and the repair is like the original tooth. This is what thirty or so years have been like with “dr.chip”.

Dr. Morton is extremely nice and professional. She is never too busy to ask how you are doing and walk you through the details of your treatment. My husband and I both loving having her as our dentist!
